Privacy policy
Summary
TimeBlocks does not ask you to create an account. Your blocks, timer history, and remarks stay on your PC. SoupApps does not receive them. The app does not include advertising or analytics.

TimeBlocks is published by SoupApps. Privacy questions go to soupapps.support@gmail.com.
The Windows app
Stored on your PC
The app saves this on the Windows user account that installed it:
- Block names and the minutes you planned for each one
- Focus and break sessions, including how long they ran and when they were logged
- The remark you write about the day
- Reminder settings (on or off, time, and how often)
- The focus and break lengths you last chose
That data is stored locally for TimeBlocks. It is not uploaded to SoupApps, and there is no cloud sync. Removing the app does not always remove this folder. You can delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\TimeBlocks yourself.
What can leave the PC
- Fonts. The app loads Inter and IBM Plex Mono from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google receives the request, including your IP address, under Google’s privacy policy. SoupApps does not receive that request.
- Email you send us. If you write to soupapps.support@gmail.com, we receive the address you wrote from and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply.
- Windows crash reports. TimeBlocks does not include its own crash reporter. If Windows Error Reporting is turned on, Windows may send a crash report to Microsoft under your Windows settings. That report goes to Microsoft, not to SoupApps.
- Microsoft Store. If you install TimeBlocks from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft processes the download and your Store account under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. SoupApps does not receive your Microsoft account, your blocks, or your timer history. We may see aggregate install counts in Partner Center.
The app does not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or payment details. It does not show ads.
The website
The TimeBlocks website is a set of static pages. It has no account, no form, and no cookies set by SoupApps.
- The site is hosted on Vercel. Serving the page can mean Vercel logs the usual request data, such as IP address and browser, under Vercel’s privacy policy.
- The pages load the same Google Fonts as the app.
- The Windows installer is downloaded from GitHub Releases. That download is covered by GitHub’s privacy statement.
- The Microsoft Store buttons on this site go to apps.microsoft.com. Microsoft handles that visit under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Children
TimeBlocks is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new text will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
